Personality: Zurok is a cunning, ambitious woman with an eternally creative mind. she is a woman of secrets, of mystery, and of surprises, with a complex mind that few can figure out. She is almost always seen with a calm, collected smile on her face, and no one can really remember the last time they saw her angry or upset. She is a bit eccentric, and seems to enjoy a few odd things in life, but she is respected for her creativity, her intelligence, and her ability to make up plans and backup plans on the fly.

Abilities: Zurok has an arsenal of skills, but most notably, is her knowledge, her creativity, and her ability to design and manipulate arenas for the Games, which is why she's in the position she's in now. She also has a way with words and is rather charismatic. Rumors have it that underneath all that walk and talk and eccentric, pretty fashion, however, is that Zurok is her best playing piece. what this means or what it implies... is up for one to ponder.

Zurok is a pretty, petite woman with a slightly eccentric fashion. given that she is from THe Capitol though, that just means she fits right in. She has had her ears modified into points, and there are a large pair of white, feathered wings out of her back. whether or not these are just props or if they've been surgically added to her body remains unseen, since she's usually seen with them.
apart from these two oddities, her clothing style is rather quiet, being simple clothing of various dark reds, with gold-colored hems. She is almost always seen with a smile on her face, and usually has her nails filed a bit to look sharper. her black hair is usually done up in a loose ponytail, and while her clothing may seem simple to Capitol Standards, she always makes sure to look proper, for what it's worth.

History: Zurok's reputation of enigma dates all the way back to when she was a little child. she seemed to manage most of her affairs by herself from an early age, and the exact identity of the one(s) who raised her remain unknown. by the time she was 7 years old, it was clear that she was managing her own business and living on her own. Then again, this was The Capitol, where all sorts of different things, both open and secret, happened, and where everyone had plenty of... well, everything.
t was around this time that Zurok's identity began to surface. She was a brilliant child who enjoyed nothing more than gaining knowledge and skill. If she was not studying something, she was designing something, from fashions to drawings to landscapes, to even Hunger Games arenas themselves. she was a dreamer and a creator through and through.
When the games were reinstated, her skills did not go unnoticed, and she was appointed by President Jade to be one of the Gamemakers. she quickly moved up the ranks, designing arenas almost singlehandedly as her visions became realities. Of particular fame was her arena in the 89th Hunger Games, which had an intriguing combination of forests, jungles, beaches, weather patterns, and deserts, to name but a few of its many features. The items, traps, mutts, and other such things found in those games were even some of the more memorable ones as of late.
But... Zurok was always in competition, and usually this competition was against herself. Always vying to outdo herself, she would make sure that the Districts and The Capitol were never denied a good show. Thus, she retains her job as Head Gamemaker to this day.
